dc.description.abstractThe Alex Dworkin Canadian Jewish Archives is a program of the Jewish Federations of Canada-UIA. Located in Montreal, the archive "collects and preserves documentation on all aspects of the Jewish presence in Quebec and Canada." Their collections cover a variety of ares, including "immigration, integration into Canadian society, community organization, Zionism, human rights issues and discrimination, oppressed Jewry in other countries, education, literature, and genealogy." The Archive's catalog can be searched at the Canadian Jewish Heritage Network (www.cjhn.ca), which maintains databases of of several Jewish organizations.
