Abstract
Recording in two parts of a reading by Mordecai Richler at the Jewish Public Library of Montreal of his work, then in progress, provisionally entitled, "The Horseman of St. Urbain Street." The book was published in 1971 under the title, "St. Urbain's Horseman."
These recordings are part of the audio collection of the Jewish Public Library of Montreal and ware remastered and digitized by the Yiddish Book Center's Frances Brandt Online Yiddish Audio Library. The reading that evening was followed by a question and answer period.
